How do I receive my voucher?

A link to download your voucher will be emailed to the email address you registered when creating your account. Alternatively you can login to your dashboard and your vouchers will be located under Vouchers tab.

When do I receive my voucher?

When making a payment using one of these payment methods below, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes:

• CARD
• MASTERPASS
• SNAPSCAN
• EFT (OZOW)

How to make a booking?

1. After you have made payment via one of our payment gateways, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your voucher. If you made payment via EFT, it may take up to 72hrs to receive your confirmation email.

2. Click on the link and download the voucher. Save it and keep it in a safe spot!

3. When you are ready to make your booking, email the hotel or resort your voucher and your preferred dates. The contact details can be found on your voucher.
