A link to download your voucher will be emailed to the email address you registered when creating your account.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY VOUCHER?
When making a payment using one of these payment methods below, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes:
- PAYFAST (Instant Electronic Transfer)
When paying by BANK TRANSFER or DIRECT DEPOSIT, you will receive an email with a link to download your voucher as soon as the funds clear in our bank account.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:
- After you have made payment via one of our payment gateways, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your voucher. If you made payment via EFT, it may take up to 72hrs to receive your confirmation email.
- Click on the link and download the voucher. Save it and keep it in a safe spot!
- When you are ready to make your booking, email the hotel or resort your voucher and your preferred dates. The contact details can be found on your voucher.
