Should I subscribe?

Yes you should! Well, if you want to be amongst the first to know about the best deals and discounts, that is.

How long is my voucher valid for?

Detailed terms and conditions, including the validity period of your purchase, is available on the Voucher Terms and Conditions page.

I have not received my voucher, what should I do?

Step 1: Once payment has been processed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you.
Step 2: Please look out for the “download voucher” link in your email.
Step 3: Email us on the email address blackfriday@singergroup.co.za and we’ll resend it to you.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not. The vouchers are not refundable. We suggest that you spend a few minutes studying the dates, as well as the terms and conditions of your vouchers and how they can be redeemed.

How soon can I use my voucher?

You may make a reservation two business days from the date of payment but do remember to check the validity and redemption dates of the voucher and offer you purchased.
